A Friend...
I know that this should be held back until the end of 'Little Secrets', but it's so beautiful and makes me so happy that I just can't stand to wait. I had to share. A wonderful girl from France, Sophie is one of our readers on BlueTights.net who was kind enough to find it in her spare time to draw this up for the two of us at no charge. http://www.imaginelle.fr/blog/ecrire/tools/illustr/ or http://www.imaginelle.fr/ (The actual site in French)She's so incredibly talent, it's an honor to own a piece by her. Anissa and I have plans to commission her to do several more for the series. I only hope it doesn't give too much away and that only a couple of our readers hang out here just yet.

Only Barbara has seen this yet...

(You knew it wasn't going to end on a downer, didn't you? ;))

Hey, if you had twins and a Superman to keep up with, not to mention an assitant editor's job was well, your hair wouldn't be perfect, either! *LOL* And thanks for noticing that about MK. Seems that only you, Brian, and Barbara caught that from the first. :)

Really, Routh is the inspiration behind our Clark more than our Superman. After six years, we figured he would have gotten a little less geeky. I just think that the combo of Margot's wit and sarcasm and Brandon's less goofy version of Clark would work out great. Especially since we decided that Clark *and* Superman are both essential parts of *Kal-El*.

And it doesn't help that she remembers everything in our version, after a short delay. The pic above is set at the end of LS, just after our upcoming Christmas tale. They have some pretty bleak times ahead as it is. Funny, romantic, but scary and action-packed, too.

I meant to write ff.net there, not LJ. My bad. :)

Excellent point! You could get into the whole discussion of who is the *disguise* and who is the real *person*, but the mix is essential to who he really *is*. You really can't have one without the other (or other two). It's all essential.

Aw, but that's the key to making the story great! The bleak times making way for the bright ones... it'll be interesting to see how it all plays out!
