I Feel The Need To Add This To My Post on the Casting
I'm not going to take an active interest in the new film and I'm not thrilled with the casting, but this doesn't mean I don't want you guys to support it. I don't think I'm going to have a L&C-sized loathe-on for this one; it's just that I followed SR from the ground up and got my heart broken by what happened next. Smallville I followed from the shadows, watching an episode or two a season right up to season four and then watched only the Lois episodes until season 8. It took EIGHT YEARS to change my opinion of the show.

I just don't have a huge interest in this one, especially if he's going with the story line where the rumbles seem to be heading and I see coming together. And if that's the case, I may never watch it. All of you are more than welcome to see it and love it. I won't mock you or anything else. I'm just disappointed in what I see happening and don't want to be part of it. If you guys want to discuss it with me as time goes on, that's fine. I'm just not going to seek it out. I feel bad, but I can't shake it. But those of you that can, ENJOY! It's a hell of a ride to watch a film like this form before your eyes.

I just wanted to make it clear that I'm not going to flame or mock anyone that brings it up. :D

Makes perfect sense. I'm going to wait until to see it until I can find it online - I don't want to pay for this unless it's worth it - and will let you know how good/awful it turns out to be.

That's exactly what I'm planning for. I just don't want another crusher like what happened with SR. That and I can't bear to see another director not 'get' Lois. We both know she was my biggest problem with Singer's film.
