Dear Mr. Snyder,

You seem to have mixed up your casting asides. Amy Adams is LANA LANG, not LOIS LANE. I love her, hell I fucking ADORE her, but this casting? I wanted to keep my hope alive. I really did. This doesn't even have to do with Rashida not getting the part. It has to do with the fact that I just can't handle the choices any more. I'm sorry, but I've gone from dubious to disbelief. It's not that Amy won't try her heart out and she can handle some of the spunk, but she's Lana. Period. End of story.

So sorry we couldn't do business,

I just wish I understood what he saw in her that made him think LOIS! I just have no idea what brought this on.

I am curious about something. Did they give Erica Durance a chance to play Lois on the big screen ? Because they need someone that can pull off the Lane attitude like she does.

Nope. She wouldn't do it without Tom, either. WB has said before that they don't want to mix their versions of the characters. It's the same reason Brandon will likely be blocked from any other version, especially if he tries to do a TV version.

Yet another reason my opinion of them has taken a hit over the last two years.

I really like Henry, and love Tom even more, but if that was the case, they needed to bring Brandon back.

Not everyone liked Brandon as Superman/Clark, but I thought he did alright.

But since Erica wouldn't do it, I think they need someone that has the same style of attitude that Lois would have. Unless they start looking for someone else to play her, I guess all we can do is cross our fingers and hope it turns out great.

I really liked his performance, but I don't think it was all his performance. I think the film suffered from some of the story lines and some of the other actors. The material in parts of SR didn't really enhance his work.

And I think we're pretty much stuck with this decision. I hope she turns out a good performance. As it is, I'll hope for the best.
