In Which Lois Decides...
That she truly needs to contact WB, hope they don't sue her for copyright infringement, and beg them for a job. This retail work is for the birds. Feh.

(Yes, I'm being funny. Over the quality of my work being up to WB's standards, mind you, not the retail part. The retail part is a horror show unto itself.)

Is this the part where I say I actually enjoy parts of the show? You have to throw canon out the window, but hey. At least they're starting to get somewhere.

*snorfle* Yes indeed. Or at DC - you could start a "Clois for Women and Guys Who Aren't Obsessed With Machismo" comic. :D

Good point there. It's amazing that you actually can write something with action and awesome and not have your characters be assholes. Imagine that. ;)

I agree with you there. I found a "Lois Lane" comic book (a special print series) which was printed in the 1990s (I own it, I found it for around $4 and pounced on it) where Lois went off to Alaska to investigate a story of missing children. Kal-El stopped by to check on her but they got a little distracted with a call for help so she shooed him off and worked on it on her own (with a little help from an FBI guy or something... it was mostly Lois kicking a** and taking names). One of these days when I have a scanner that works I may scan the comic book for my f-list's consumption. It was a little cheesy but it worked sort of. I think they would need a better storyline that that but it would work nicely.
