Ever Wake Up And Feel Like....
A wrung-out sponge? Yeah, me, too.

I think writing will be getting done today and nothing else. I may even go back to sleep for a while when I get back to our house.

My job is totally kicking my butt.

*cuddles back* I saw you were going through the same mess. I'm so sorry, love.

I've been feeling like that almost everyday for the last week. I know I shouldn't be with the little one on the way but I just can't get up the "get up and go" to get stuff done. I've done a little bit here and there but nothing substantial (ex. the laundry gets through the dryer but doesn't get folded leaving hubby with wrinkled work shirts). I can't even get my muses be to nice and help me out with my own story. I guess the story got too close for comfort (considering it's about Lois getting pregnant.) Hopefully the OB might be able to get me some advice for this because this nervous lethargy is also affecting how much I eat (read as not nearly as much as I should because said tummy is roiling like crazy).

The good news is that the first few months are the hardest, trying to adjust to all the changes. Nearly all of my friends have had the same problem with being overwhelmed. It will work itself out, love. Give yourself a break. *hugs you tight*
