How Do You Solve A Problem Like A Head-Cold?
Three shots of Stoli and three shots of Rose's Watermelon. Thank God, I have something on my stomach. *crosses fingers*

I'll do Rum and Coke tomorrow night if the Stoli doesn't help.

I WILL RID MYSELF OF THIS COLD, EVEN IF IT TAKES ALL THE LIQUOR IN THIS HOUSE!

BY GOD, I WILL HAVE VICTORY!!!

And no, I haven't started drinking it yet. ;)

Wish me luck!

Ah, the liquor solution!

We usually do 'get-better tea'. Any herbal tea, honey, lemon, and the hard liquor of your choice (burbon is our usual; anything thick and strong like that will work).

*snugs* Good luck, hon!

I usually do it that way, but I just wanted to see if unfiltered worked better. It helped dry out the sinuses a bit, but now it's settled a little more in my throat, so... I think I may try the tea tonight,

Always my drink of choice. :D

Do I even want to know, K?

If you fancy the traditional and aren't put off by whisky (a strange enough notion, but it does happen), here are some recipes:

Cheers,

Lauré :)

PS: There are also toddy recipes galore all over the internet, if these do not suffice...

I've done toddies, but have yet to find a really good recipe. I think that will be the plan for tonight. I should have all the ingredients here. Brilliant idea, love. I won't have thought of it, I bet. *snugs*
