Well, Someone Gets To Stay Home Today...And It's Not Me...
I so need to get a government job. Or at least work for a bank. *makes face at Anissa* Oh, well. At least it means that I don't have to be to work until 4. And I'm so in need of coffee. Was up until after eight AM. *Ack!* But I have Aleks with me until eight, which actually means around six, so that's fine. Plus Anissa's making beignets from the actual Cafe du Monde recipe and Chicken Montane for dinner, so I think I'll live.

*sighs* But it's overcast and blustery for the third day in a row and I can't be home to enjoy it is my real problem. *pouts* And Asheville has snow, last we heard. And I have to work. Is it February yet?

Good news is that the early chapter is 4,396 words in and nine pages. And Clark just sneezed his coffee. *grins broadly* Now, there won't likely be a chapter the weekend, but there will be much plotting. Then again, Anissa might surprise me and decide we'll do two in a week after all. *shrugs* Besides, Christmas and all that comes with it is so close... :D

Have a good day, all! I'm off to the land of winter suntan, plastic, and Platinum Visa. *rolls eyes* Credit limit does not dictate I.Q. or breeding. Yesterday proved that once again without a shadow of a doubt.

I'm thinking of working at a bank. My cousin says they're hiring at the bank she works at. She tells me that they'll pay for college (of course only if I go in for something with accounting or banking). Hey, I'll be making slightly more and it's probably be a better work enviroment then the one I'm working at. There's a ton of stuff going on right now that makes be want to quit.

So why a government job or a bank?

Gah. I hated working in a store. People can be so dumb. And rude.

Enjoy your day. Come home, eat dinner, and chill.
