La Femme Nikita, without a doubt. Five years, 93 episodes, insane emotional manipulations of both you and the lead characters, the hottest relationship I've ever seen, and several conventions attended. The original ending to the series was just insane. So insane that the fans banned together to get us one last season, even to the point of an ad in TV Guide. And then they still kept Michael and Nikita apart! And the worst part? I'm do it all again in a red-hot minutes. *sigh*
The old flame you don't see very often any more but whom you still really enjoy getting together with for a few drinks and maybe a pleasant nostalgic romp in the sheets:
X-Men comics. More for Remy (Gambit) and Anne-Marie (Rogue) than anything because they rocked the house back in the day. And it's the old-skool back when Psylocke and Cyke were fooling around kind of thing. Back when the revamp was still new. The comic Jean Grey? Girl, if you do come back (don't take this as encouragement), get your ass with Logan and leave poor Scott alone. *is sick in a corner* Bless you, Famke Janssen.
The mysterious dark gothy one whom you used to sit up with talking until 3 a.m. at weird coffeehouses and with whom you were quite smitten until you realized he really was fucking crazy:
*wince* V.C. Andrews and her mind-binding books. God, I can't believe I'm admitting this. I have everything but the most recent series and My Sweet Audrina, which I have read. I read Flowers in the Attic and have been hooked ever since. *facepalm* I can't believe I put this down. And the Anita Blake series. Up until Burnt Offerings, when Laurell lost her freakin' mind. The whole thing's turned into a sex-farce. So ashamed. She's utterly destoryed one of the strongest characters in Dark Fantasy. *hangs head*
The one you spent a whole weekend in bed with and who drank up all your liquor, and whom you'd still really like to fuck again although you're relieved he doesn't actually live in town:
The Potter Films. Period. I still can't believe I'm so nuts about this fandom. God. I'm like every other psycho adult out there. But they're so much fun. Anissa not being 100% thrilled about it keeps me from going overboard and writing up that plot bunny. Is it time for HBP yet? Oh, and The Tudors. I could have a very long lustful affair with that show, if it was on more with more episodes. I would pounce that one in an alleyway in a heartbeat. When the HELL is it back on?
The steady, who's still the best lay you've ever had:
*grins and hugs the Man in Blue* First. Last. Always.
The alluring stranger whom you've flirted with at parties but have never gotten really serious with:
Heroes. Very, very intrigued, but I just don't have the time to catch up with more than three series during the week. I want to get it into rotation soon, but I have such limited time...
The one you hang out with and have vague fantasies about maybe having a thing with but ultimately you're just good buddies 'cause the friendship is there but the chemistry ain't:
The one your friends keep introducing you to and who seems like a hell of a cool guy except it's never really gone anywhere:
Moonlight. I tried. I failed. Although did anyone notice that Brutus was on last week? Either that or he was his twin! ;)
The one who's slept with all your friends, and you keep looking at him and thinking, "Him? How the hell did he land all these cool babes?":
Any of the current tread of comedies. I just don't find any of them remotely interesting. Period.
The one your friend has fallen for like a ton of bricks and whom she keeps babbling to you about on the phone for hours, and you'd be happy for her except you just know it's going to end badly:
...*wince* Sorry, Lori. Twilight. Not only is it the tiniest bit like something I myself am writing, but I've had enough spoilers to know I'd get frustrated with the story.
