Bellsouth/AT&T Is Evil
And we hate it.  We will be without internet access for a further 3 to 7 days.  And that sucks.

It's good for you guys, though.  Without email, LJ, blogs, and webcomics to distract us, maybe we can get the chapter done early.

Anyway, the only posting and email checking we can do is from Anissa's Mom's house, or Anissa's job.  Both are limited-time affairs.  But we are keeping track of all the reviews and LJ comments (thanks, everyone, for the response to last chapter!) and will respond as we're able to.

Until later,

Chill, babe. It's not like you don't have our number. Although *screams/rants/whines/pouts/other stuff* is a pretty good description of what I did on the phone with the Bellsouth people.

Anissa posting:

Oh, so we're so awesome we break our FREAKIN' Bellsouth account? Mom, we're starting to take after you a little TOO much. I'll settle for slightly less awesome if all my sh*t will continue to FUNCTION!

BTW, the 'net is back. 3 to 7 days my lily white butt!

So then your awesomeness must not be to Def-Con 5.

When MY 'net breaks, it breaks for longer than promised. ;D

Try being a RURAL customer of a phone company. No real money in it for them, so we have to wait years for technology to reach us. For CenturyTel to get DSL to us is going to take a couple of years. Not to mention that when they bought us out from AT&T everything was outdated and in need of repairs then. And, we are between towers so that means no or limited wireless signal ie just 1-2 bars on the cells and no internet access. Now we have Wildblue satellite which does go out in heavy rains just like Dish Network does. So, no I am not a big fan of the phone companies.
